Nichole Bendele & Susan Johnson

We are honored to serve as co-presidents of the San Antonio chapter of Les Dames d’Escoffier and want to thank our talented members – 100 strong - for the hard work and determination shown to help our chapter excel and accomplish our goals. Over the past 30 years, we have continually granted scholarships and business grants to deserving women in the areas of culinary arts, hospitality, nutrition, viticulture, marketing, and agriculture, totaling over $500,000.00.

Our mission is to continue the teachings of Auguste Escoffier, the father of French food, and help those in need, and positively change the lives of women and families in the communities of South-Central Texas and the Hill Country.
