SAMMinistries Empty Bowls
SAMMinistries proudly presents the 26th Annual Empty Bowls with the support of the San Antonio Potters Guild, the San Antonio Glass Art Guild, and the Alamo Woodturners Association. This beloved community event showcases the incredible talent of local artisans, live music, a silent auction, food, fun, and fellowship, all while increasing awareness of homelessness and food insecurity.
The Empty Bowls Experience
Empty Bowls is free and open to the public. When you purchase a bowl, you will receive a bowl of soup and a piece of bread. This small meal serves to make us mindful of people facing homelessness in our community, who often go hungry every day.
VIP Access
For just $150, VIPs will receive special on-site parking, 30-minute early access to select two Signature Bowls, and a commemorative apron. VIP Ticket Sales Are Coming Soon!

Les Dames is hosting a special 4-Course Dinner at the historic Alamo, featuring an incredible menu crafted by Chef Elizabeth Johnson. Executing a fine dining experience at such an iconic landmark requires a full team, and we need volunteers for everything—including guest service, culinary assistance, and event coordination.

EVENT DETAILS
As part of our participation with the Horno Project, we will be cooking at The Alamo Mission Day using the horno oven. We need volunteers to help setup, cook, engage with visitors & break down.
Board + General Membership Meeting (Required)
BOD Meeting at 4 p.m.
Cocktail reception for members at 5:15 p.m.
REQUIRED New Officer & New Member Induction Meeting at 6:30 p.m.
Location: 1902 Nightclub, 1174 E. Commerce St. (location subject to change); valet parking will be available

We’re celebrating 30 years of serving our community! Join us at The RK Group’s Red Berry Estate on Thursday, September 18th from 6PM - 11PM for a live auction, dancing, & of course a wonderful plated meal.
Funds raised during the event will benefit scholarships and the LDEISA operations.
