The San Antonio Chapter of Les Dames d’Escoffier is proudly associated with Les Dames d’ Escoffier International (www.ldei.org ), a worldwide philanthropic society of professional women leaders in the fields of food, fine beverage, hospitality and agriculture. The San Antonio Dames apply their considerable expertise to give back to their community in a variety of ways. Most notably, we offer grants, scholarships and mentoring to women who are entering or re-entering the various food related industries. We also organize diverse culinary educational events and farm-to-table educational programs that are open to the public.
Les Dames d’Escoffier is the only organization of its kind: a world wide philanthropic society of professional women leaders in the fields of food, fine beverage and hospitality.
