The San Antonio Chapter of Les Dames d’Escoffier, conducts fundraising events throughout the year to fund our scholarship program. We award scholarships to deserving women who are pursuing their education in the food, wine, hospitality and agricultural industries. To date, our local chapter has raised and awarded more than $55,000 in culinary scholarships to deserving students since our chapter was formed in 1995. Many of these scholarship recipients have succeeded in culinary and related fields.
